Sour ending to great weekend!

Ok, so we had a great time camping this weekend with our friends Mike & Chell, Dave & Jaymie, Todd & Amy & Jackie and of course all the kids. We camped out by Mirror Lake Highway in the Uintas (absolutely beautiful!). We got in a few four-wheeler rides, and had perfect weather up until Sunday evening! The girls are practicly pros on the wheelers now, however kait was mad the whole weekend because she wanted to ride by herself, but not a chance!
Anyway, back to the sour ending part - warning: this is not for the squimish! So I had planned on having hamburgers one night for dinner. Dan went to get the patties out of the freezer and they weren't there. Well I was sure I had packed them, I pondered & pondered where I could have put them. Come Sunday, we started to notice a gross smell in our camper. We tried all day to figure out what the heck it was, my theory was that some animal crawled up inside our trailer and died. When we got home monday as I was cleaning out everything, I grabbed a sack of bread that was on top of a cupboard, and blood drops landed on my face (eeewww!). Low and behold, it was the damn hamburger!!!! Well, I was laughing too hard to be that grossed out, because I was happy that I found out what the smell was and where the hamburger patties were. Then I hurried and got the gallon of bleach and went to town! So that's my gross story of the day, and a sour ending to our great weekend! I'll post the pics later...

I'm so glad to find out that I'm not the only one with early onset alzheimers! That is totally something I would do. Let's do it again - that was a BLAST!!!
